



Our Investment fund is utilized for the purposes of short term funding loans used to fix and flip residential Properties in Select Southern California counties.
All investments are secured by a deed of trust on a property with at least 30% in economically viable neighborhoods. Funds will be allocated to short term investments.
Funds will be distributed to qualified investment projects in the form of a short term loan. Loan periods range from 7 days to 24 months. Alcove Investment will borrow against these funds to purchase privately held real estate that conforms to our investment guidelines.
